Now that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is recommending double-masking, finding ways to make your mask more comfortable is more crucial than ever. These seven hacks can help prevent the glasses fogging, dry eyes, and ear pain that can come from wearing a mask for long periods of time.
Use a Breathe Right Strip
Suffering from dry eyes or foggy glasses from wearing a mask? Try sealing the top of your mask to your face with a Breathe Right Strip. Use one to secure the bridge of your mask to your skin, which blocks air from escaping (a common cause of dry eye or glasses fogging).
